1 Thoughts, feelings and what you do
In the 1st LEVEL you will discover: - different types of Thoughts, - the role of Ms. Assumption, - the effects of Mr. Positive and Mr. Negative Thoughts, - the Negative Trap.
2 Automatic thoughts
In the 2nd LEVEL you will discover: - a Tape playing in the head; - a Vicious Triangle; - Her Majesty - Automatic Thoughts, - ‘HOT’ Thoughts.
3 Thinking errors
In the 3rd LEVEL you will discover six main types of malicious thinking Dragons: - The ‘Downers’ - ‘Blowing things up’ - ‘Predicting failure’ - Feeling thoughts’ - ‘Setting yourself up to fail’ - ‘Blame me’
4 Balanced thinking
In the 4th LEVEL you will be a detective to look for Mr. Negative Thoughts: - checking for evidence that supports - checking for evidence that disproves, - gathering of the perspective of another person, - checking for thinking errors, - identification an alternative and more balanced thought.
5 Core beliefs
In the 5th LEVEL you will discover: - the Core Beliefs - ‘So What?’ technique - How to test Core Beliefs - why Core Beliefs being strong and resistant - why to discuss and talk with someone else is important
6 Controlling your thoughts
The 6th LEVEL will take you through a variety of different ideas and strategies to defeat Mr. Negative Thoughts. - to redirect and divert attention away; - stopping (thought stopping) or turning down the volume (imagery); - positive or coping self-talk; - An experiment and test of own predictions.
7 How you feel
In the 7th LEVEL you will know better other beasts on your way: - the Different Feelings; - unpleasant emotions of Stress, Depression and Anger. - the relationship between Feelings, Thoughts and Behaviour.
